Уулзалтын эхэнд Япон Улсын Парламентын нийтийн танхимын дарга Тадамори Ошима хэлэхдээ, Нью-Йорк хотноо Парламентын Спикерүүдийн дэлхийн IV бага хурлыг тохиолдуулан тантай уулзах завшаан олдсонд туйлын баяртай байна.
Таны өнгөрсөн хоёрдугаар сард Япон Улсад хийсэн айлчлал хоёр орны парламент хоорондын харилцааг хөгжүүлэхэд чухал ач холбогдолтой байсан. Хоёр орны парламентын бүлгүүд хоёр улсын харилцааны гүүр болон ажиллаж ирснийг мөн дурдах хэрэгтэй. Монгол Улсад өрнөсөн Ардчилсан хувьсгалын 25 жилийн ойн баярыг өнгөрсөн долдугаар сард тэмдэглэн өнгөрүүлэх үеэр манай улсыг төлөөлөн төлөөлөгч оролцсон. Хоёр орны хөгжүүлж буй стратегийн түншлэлийн харилцаанд бид өндөр ач холбогдол өгдөг бөгөөд цаашид ч хоёр орны харилцаа улам өргөжин хөгжинө гэдэгт итгэж буйгаа онцоллоо.
