ҮСХ-ны Даргын зөвлөлийн 2020 оны эхний хурал өнөөдөр боллоо.Хурлаар 2020 онд мөрдөх “Хүн амын амьжиргааны доод түвшиний тооцоо”-г хэлэлцэж, баталсан.


Монгол Улсын Хүн амын амьжиргааны доод түвшинг тодорхойлох тухай хуулийн 5 дугаар зүйлд “Хүн амын амьжиргааны доод түвшинг хэрэглээний доод хэмжээг үндэслэн Үндэсний Статистикийн хороо тодорхойлно” гэж заасны дагуу 2020 онд мөрдөх Хүн амын амьжиргааны доод түвшинг ийнхүү шинэчлэн тогтоолоо.


Шинэчлэн тодорхойлсон амьжиргааны доод түвшинг өмнөх онд мөрдөж ирсэн амьжиргааны доод түвшинтэй харьцуулахад Зүүн бүсэд 14.1 (7.5%) мянган төгрөг, Баруун бүсэд 12.7 (6.6%) мянган төгрөг, Хангайн бүсэд 11.8 (6.1%) мянган төгрөг, Төвийн бүсэд 11.2 (6.0%) мянган төгрөг, Улаанбаатар хотод 12.1 (5.6%) мянган төгрөгөөр тус тус нэмэгдсэн байна.


Хүн амын амьжиргааны доод түвшинг хөдөлмөрийн хөлс, нийгмийн даатгалын болон нийгмийн халамжийн сангаас олгох тэтгэвэр, тэтгэмж, халамжийн хэмжээг тогтоох, төрөөс иргэдэд эд, мөнгөний туслалцаа үзүүлэхэд жишиг үзүүлэлт болгон хэрэглэдэг.


Бүсүүдийн амьжиргааны доод түвшинг хооронд нь харьцуулахад Улаанбаатар хотод хамгийн өндөр, дараа нь Хангай, Баруун, Зүүн, Төвийн бүс дараалсан эрэмбэ үүсч байна.
