Н.Анхбаяр ГХЯ-ны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн даргаар томилогдон, ажлаа хүлээж авлаа

Засгийн газрын 2020 оны 7 дугаар сарын 29-ний өдрийн хуралдаанаар Н.Анхбаярыг Гадаад харилцааны яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн даргаар томилохоор шийдвэрлэсний дагуу Засгийн газрын Хэрэг эрх газрын дэд дарга У.Бямбасүрэн тус яаманд хүрэлцэн ирж Засгийн газрын тогтоолыг танилцуулж, үүрэг даалгавар өгснөөр Н.Анхбаяр үүрэгт ажилдаа орлоо.

 

 

Ажил хүлээлцэхэд Гадаад харилцааны сайд Н.Энхтайван, дэд сайд Б.Мөнхжин болон тус яамны газар, нэгжийн удирдлагууд байлцаж, шинээр томилогдсон Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга Н.Анхбаярт ажлын амжилт хүсэв. Төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга Н.Анхбаяр нь 1979 онд төрсөн. Тэрбээр 2001 онд МУИС-ийн Хууль зүйн сургуулийг эрх зүйч мэргэжлээр төгссөн бөгөөд 2004 онд Шинэ Зеландын Веллингтоны Виктория их сургуулийн Хуулийн сургуульд хуулийн мэргэжлээр магистрын зэрэг хамгаалсан. “Тэргүүн шадар” дипломат цолтой, төрийн болон дипломат албанд 17 жил ажилласан,  салбарын мэргэшсэн албан хаагч болно гэж ГХЯ-наас мэдээлэв. 

 

Төрийн албаны тухай хуулиар яамны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн даргыг нээлттэй сонгон шалгаруулалт зарлан, шалгаруулдаг.  Уг нээлттэй сонгон шалгаруулалтад оролцохоор материалаа ирүүлсэн Н.Анхбаяр  бүх нөхцөл шаардлагыг ханган тэнцсэн байна. Тиймээс хуулийн дагуу өнөөдрийн Засгийн газрын хуралдаанаар Н.Анхбаярыг ГХЯ-ны Төрийн нарийн бичгийн даргаар томилжээ.  Тэрбээр ГХЯ-ны Төрийн захиргаа удирдлагын газрын даргаар ажиллаж байсан. Өнгөрсөн онд  Австралийн Холбооны улсад суух Онц бөгөөд Бүрэн эрхт Элчин сайдаар нэр дэвшүүлсэн ч Ерөнхийлөгч Х.Баттулга татгалзсанаар УИХ-аар батлаагүй. Түүнийг ХЗДХ-ийн экс сайд Ц.Нямдоржийн хүү гэдгээр нь олон нийт андахгүй.
