ЮНЕСКО-ийн “Дэлхийн дурсамж” хөтөлбөрийн Олон Улсын баримтат өвийн жагсаалтад “Халхын Цогт Хунтайжийн Хадны Бичээс” (Stone Inscriptions of Tsogtu Khung-Taiji, Prince of Khalkha) бүртгэгдлээ.
БНФУ-ын нийслэл Парис хотноо 2023 оны 5 дугаар сард хуралдсан ЮНЕСКО-ийн "Дэлхийн дурсамж" хөтөлбөрийн Олон улсын зөвлөлдөх хорооны хурлаар гишүүн орнуудаас нэр дэвшүүлсэн баримтат өвийн материалыг судлан хэлэлцэж, 64 хосгүй үнэт дурсгалыг тус хөтөлбөрийн Олон улсын баримтат өвийн жагсаалтад бүртгэсний дотор Монгол Улсаас нэр дэвшүүлсэн Халхын Цогт Хунтайжийн Хадны Бичээс өв багтжээ.
Эрдэмтэн судлаачид Цогт хунтайжийн хадны бичээсийг Чин гүрнээс өмнөх үеийн Буддын шашны яруу найргийн хэв маягийг шингээсэн 17-р зууны монголын яруу найргийн хосгүй бүтээлд тооцдог. Уг бичээс нь Лигдэн Хутагт Хааны үед Манжийн эзлэн түрэмгийлэх бодлогыг эсэргүүцэн тэмцсэн монголчуудын эв нэгдлийг харуулсан түүхэн бүтээл билээ.
ЮНЕСКО-ийн Баримтат өвийн олон улсын жагсаалтанд өнөөдрийн байдлаар нийт 430 баримтат өв бүртгэгдээд байна. Үүнээс 5 баримтат өв манай улсаас бүртгэгдсэн бөгөөд 2011 онд Лувсанданзаны "Алтан товч", "Монгол Шунхан Данжуур", 2017 онд "Есөн эрдэнийн ганжуур" бүртгэгдээд байсан бол ийнхүү энэ онд “Халхын Цогт Хунтайжийн Хадны Бичээс” бүртгэгдлээ.
Бүртгэлийн үндсэн шалгууруудаас танилцуулахад баримтат өв нь өөрийн анхны жинхэнэ эхээр байхаас гадна эх төрх байдлаа сайн хадгалсан байх, дэлхий дахины үнэ цэнэ, ач холбогдолтой байх, Дэлхийн түүх, хүн төрөлхтний соёл иргэншилд онцгой бөгөөд үлэмж нөлөө үзүүлсэн байх учиртай аж.

Баримтат өвийг олон улсын болон бүс нутгийн өвийн бүртгэлд бүртгэх замаар олон улсын, бүсийн, үндэсний ач холбогдол бүхий өвийн хамгаалалтыг дэмжин баталгаажуулах, тэдгээрийг хамгаалах ухамсар ойлголтыг гишүүн орон, ард иргэдэд нэмэгдүүлэх, ийм төрлийн өвийг хамгаалах талаар гишүүн орнуудын дотор хамтын ажиллагаа, харилцан солилцоог хөгжүүлэхэд тус хөтөлбөрийн үйл ажиллагаа чиглэгддэг байна.
