Нийслэлийн Онцгой байдлын газар /НОБГ/-аас дүүргүүдэд шар усны эрсдэлийн үнэлгээг хийхэд эрсдэл их гэсэн дүгнэлт гарчээ. Шар усны үер буух эрсдэлтэй байршлуудыг тогтоож, урьдчилан сэргийлэх ажлуудыг холбогдох байгууллагуудаас хийж хэрэгжүүлж байна. Уг асуудлаар НОБГ-ын дарга, хурандаа А.Дашнямаас тодрууллаа.

-Нийслэл хотод жил бүрийн гуравдугаар сард шар усны үерийн эрсдэл үүсдэг. 2023 оны зун 60 жилийн түүхэнд байгаагүй хэмжээний үер болсон. Үүнээс шалтгаалж хөрсний усны түвшин 2-3 дахин нэмэгдсэн. Мөн энэ өвөл өнгөрсөн 50 жилд ороогүй их хэмжээний цас орсон гэх судлаачдын дүгнэлт гарсан. Тиймээс 2024 оны гуравдугаар сард их хэмжээний шар усны үер болох эрсдэл үүсээд байна. НОБГ-аас дүүргүүдэд шар усны эрсдэлийн үнэлгээг хийсэн. Баянзүрх, Сонгинохайрхан, Чингэлтэй, Сүхбаатар дүүрэгт их, Хан-Уул, Баянгол дүүрэгт бага гэсэн дүгнэлт гарсан. Ерөнхий нийлбэр дүнгээр 3.75 буюу шар усны эрсдэл их гэсэн үнэлгээ гарсан. Тиймээс НОБГ-аас урьдчилан сэргийлэх нөлөөллийн аян болон бусад ажлуудыг хийж хэрэгжүүлж байна.

 

 

НОБГ дээр мэргэжлийн байгууллагын хамтарсан шуурхай бүлэг томилогдон ажиллаж байна. “Шар усны үерээс урьдчилан сэргийлж, урьтаж хамгаалъя” гэх аяныг гуравдугаар сарын 11-нээс тавдугаар сарын 15 хүртэл зохион байгуулахаар ажиллаж байна. Шар усны үерийн эрсдэлтэй бүс дэх айл өрхүүдийг нүүлгэн шилжүүлэх мэдэгдлийг хүргүүлж байгаа.
