АН-ын Намын байгуулалтын газрын дарга Л.Уртнасан, хуульч Б.Батхуяг нар хэвлэлийнхэнд мэдээлэл хийлээ. АН-ын хуульч Б.Батхуяг, “2016 онын орон нутгийн сонгуулийн нэр дэвшүүлэх болон нэр дэвшигчийг бүртгэх ажиллагаа явагдаж дууслаа. Тэдний хэлж байгаагаар Архангай аймгийн Өлзийт сумын 21, Өгийнуур сумын 1, Жаргалант сумын 1, Өмнөговь аймгийн Ханхонгор сумын 21, Өвөрхангай аймгийн Хужирт сумын 27, Дархан-Уул аймгийн Дархан сум 1, Баянхонгор аймгийн Шинэжинст сумын 2, Дорноговь аймгийн Даланжаргалан сумын 2 нэр дэвшигчийг тухайн сумын сонгуулийн хороо нь нэр дэвшигчээр бүртгэхээс татгалзсан байна. Нэр дэвшигчдийг бүртгэхээс татгалзсан тогтоолууд нь хууль зүйн үндэслэлгүй, улс төрийн нэг хүчний талд илт үйлчилсэн байгааг тэд онцолж байлаа.

 

Дээрх асуудалтай холбоотойгоор АН-ын шат шатны байгууллагууд холбогдох хууль хяналтын байгууллагад гомдол гаргаж, шалгуулна гэдгээ мэдэгдлээ. Тэрчлэн сонгууль зохион байгуулах эрх бүхий дээд шатны байгууллагад ч гомдлоо гаргаад байгаа аж.
