2018 он. 30 гэр бүл гэгч нэр томъёо улс төрийн хүрээнд гарч, түүнийг УИХ-ын гишүүн асан Н.Номтойбаяр тэргүүлж байв. Тухайн үед Ерөнхийлөгч У.Хүрэлсүх Ерөнхий сайдаар ажиллаж байсан бөгөөд чуулганы хуралдааны үеэр  “30 гэр бүлийн нэг нь нөхөр Н.Номтойбаяр та мөн шүү. Зөвхөн МАК компани гэхэд 36 лиценз эзэмшдэг. “Цагаан суварга” бол танай гэр бүлийн өмч биш монголын ард түмний өмч. Хууль бус гэж би ойлгож байгаа. Нэг гэр бүл 36 лиценз эзэмшихгүй. Тэгвэл өнөөдөр нийтэд хүрсэн мэдээллээр МАК  компани 23 тусгай зөвшөөрөл бүхий 56 мянган га газар эзэмшиж байгааг ил болголоо. Үүгээрээ тус компан тусгай зөвшөөрөл эзэмшлийнхээ тоогоор улсад хоёрдугаар бичигдэж байна. МАК хамгийн анх 1995 Нарийн сухайтад тусгай зөвшөөрөл авч байсан бол хамгийн сүүлд 2022 Шүүт гэх газарт тусгай зөвшөөрөл авчээ. 

 

 

Эдгээр 23 тусгай зөвшөөрлийн хугацаа хамгийн сүүлийнх нь гэхэд 2048 онд дуусаж байна. Мэдээллийн эхэнд дурьдсан "Цагаан суварга"-ын ордыг 2044 хүртэл эзэмших юм.  “Цагаан суварга”-ын зэс-молибдений баяжуулах үйлдвэр нь 1950-аад оноос эхлэн улсын төсвийн хөрөнгөөр хайгуул хийсэн стратегийн орд. Төсвийн хөрөнгөөр хайгуул хийгдсэн. Энэ орд нь 240 сая тонн хүдэр, 1,8 сая тонн зэсийн нөөцтэй.
