Авлигатай тэмцэх газрын Мөрдөн шалгах хэлтэс 2024 оны 2 дугаар сарын 26-наас 3 дугаар сарын 3-ны өдрүүдэд гэмт хэргийн шинжтэй 93 гомдол, мэдээллийг шалгав. Үүнээс 13 гомдол, мэдээлэлд хэрэг бүртгэлтийн хэрэг нээж, 13 гомдол, мэдээлэлд хэрэг бүртгэлтийн хэрэг нээхээс татгалзах саналтайгаар прокурорт шилжүүлсэн бөгөөд одоогоор 67 гомдол, мэдээллийг хянан шалгаж байна.

 

 

Түүнчлэн эрүүгийн 882 хэрэгт мөрдөн байцаалтын ажиллагаа явуулснаас өнгөрсөн долоо хоногт 10 хэргийг шүүхэд шилжүүлэх, 18 хэргийг хаах, 1 хэргийг харьяаллын дагуу шилжүүлэх саналтай прокурорт хүргүүлж, 1 хэргийг нэгтгэн шалгаж байна. Мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаанд одоогоор 852 хэрэг шалгагдаж байна.
