Дээрх зүтгүүр нь Монгол Улсын MNS 6039 - 2020 стандартын шаардлагыг хангасан, тасралтгүй өсөн нэмэгдэж буй төмөр замын тээвэр, тэр дундаа хүнд даацын төмөр зам дээр туршигдсан, дэлхийд нэгдүгээрт эрэмбэлэгдсэн, 4500 морины хүч буюу 3355 кВт чадалтай 710 серийн 2 тактын дизель хөдөлгүүртэй, хувьсахаас хувьсах гүйдлийн АС-DC-АС цахилгаан дамжуулгын системтэй, олон улсын хүрээлэн буй орчны TIER2 стандартын шаардлагыг хангасан илчит тэрэгний хөгжлийн 3-р үеийн зүтгүүр юм.
