Нийслэлийн прокурорын газраас Хөгжлийн Банкны гэх тодотголтой 80 хүн, 4 хуулийн этгээдэд холбогдох хэргийг шүүх хурал хэдэн удаа хойшилж, хэдэн өдөр буюу он дамнан шүүхээр хэлэлцсэн билээ. Тэгвэл өнөөдөр Хөгжлийн банкны гэх тодотголтой нэр бүхий 80 хүн, дөрвөн хуулийн этгээдэд холбогдох эрүүгийн хэргийн давж заалдах шүүх хуралдааны шийдвэрийг танилцуулах ажээ. 

 

 

Тодруулбал тус прокурорын газраас яллах дүгнэлт үйлдсэн Монгол Улсын Хөгжлийн Банкны эрх бүхий албан тушаалтнуудад холбогдох хэргийг Сүхбаатар дүүргийн эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүх өнгөрсөн онд хэргийг хянан хэлэлцээд, 32 хүн, дөрвөн хуулийн этгээдийг гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн гэм буруутайд тооцон эрүүгийн хариуцлага оногдуулж, 48 хүнд холбогдох хэргийг хэрэгсэхгүй болгож шийдвэрлэсэн. Харин прокуророос дээрх нэр бүхий 48 хүний хэргийг үндэслэлгүй хэрэгсэхгүй болгосон, мөн зарим шүүгдэгч нарт зорчих эрх хязгаарлах, торгох ял оногдуулсан нь тэдгээрийн үйлдсэн гэмт хэрэгт тохироогүй, ял хөнгөдсөн гэж үзэн анхан шатны шүүхийг шийдвэрийг хүчингүй болгуулахаар эсэргүүцэл бичсэнээр хэргийг дахин шалгаж, шүүхээр шийдвэрлэж байгаа нь энэ юм.
