Гэрээсээ дайжсан хүүхдүүдийн ихэнх нь өсвөр насны охид байна

Сонгинохайрхан дүүргийн хэмжээнд 2022, 2023 онд болон 2024 оны нэгдүгээр улирлын байдлаар хүүхэд алга болсон 205 тохиолдол гарч, хуулийн дагуу шалгагдсан байна.

Дүүргийн прокурорын газраас хүүхэд алга болсон шалтгаан нөхцөлийг судалж үзэхэд, эцэг, эх, асран хамгаалагч болон багш, сурган хүмүүжүүлэгчтэй таарамжгүй харилцааны улмаас орон гэрээсээ дайжиж 1-7, цаашлаад 50 хүртэл хоногоор сураггүй болсон тохиолдол хамгийн их гарсан байна. Үүнээс гадна, тоглоомын газарт хонох, цагийн ажил хийх зэргээр ар гэрийнхэнтэйгээ холбоо барихгүйгээр сураггүй алга болсон цөөнгүй тохиолдол бүртгэгджээ.

 

Гэр орноосоо дайжсан хүүхдүүдийн 60.5 хувь нь эмэгтэй, 39.5 хувь нь эрэгтэй хүүхдүүд байгаа бол 50 орчим хувь нь өсвөр насны буюу 14-15 насны хүүхдүүд байна.
