Ухаахудагтай холбоотойгоор түр хороо байгуулах асуудлыг ЭЗБХ өнөөдөр хэлэлцэнэ

Эдийн засгийн байнгын хороо өнөөдөр /2025.10.14/ 14:00 цагаас хуралдаж, УИХ-ын гишүүн Л.Оюун-Эрдэнэ болон бусад 32 гишүүний өргөн мэдүүлсэн “Хянан шалгах түр хороо байгуулах тухай” тогтоолын төслийг хэлэлцэнэ. Уг санал 2025 оны аравдугаар сарын 6-нд УИХ-д өргөн баригдсан юм.

Тогтоолын төсөлд тусгаснаар Ерөнхий сайд асан Л.Оюун-Эрдэнэ нь Тавантолгойн бүлэг ордын MV-011952 дугаартай “Ухаа худаг” ашигт малтмалын тусгай зөвшөөрөл болон бусад талбайд холбогдох үйл ажиллагаа, оффтейк гэрээнүүдийг шалгуулахаар санаачилжээ. Тодруулбал, эдгээр гэрээ, баримт бичиг, үйл ажиллагаа нь Монгол Улсын хууль тогтоомжийг зөрчсөн эсэхийг нягтлан, хяналт шалгалт хийх зорилготой.

Шалгалт хийх хүрээ, чиглэлийг дараах байдлаар тодорхойлсон байна:

  1. Өмнөговь аймгийн Цогтцэций сум дахь Тавантолгойн бүлэг ордын MV-011952 дугаартай “Ухаа худаг” тусгай зөвшөөрөл болон бусад талбайн ашиглалт нь хуульд нийцэж байгаа эсэхийг шалгах;

  2. Тус ордоос олборлосон нүүрстэй холбоотой байгуулсан оффтейк гэрээнүүдийн хууль зүйн үндэслэлийг хянан үзэх;
