Тэрбээр "Юуны өмнө Монгол Улсын ард иргэд маань тусгаар тогтнолоо баталгаажуулахаар тэртээ 80 жилийн өмнө 1945 оны аравдугаар сарын 20-ны өдөр ард нийтийн санал хураалтад оролцож, тусгаар тогтнолоо баталгаажуулж байсан түүхт өдрийн мэндийг дэвшүүлье. Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хууль бол улсын тусгаар тогтнол, үндэсний эв нэгдэл, Монголын ард түмний хүсэл зоригийн илэрхийлэл, ард түмнээс урган гарсан эрхэм дээд баримт бичиг байдаг. Тэгвэл өнөөдөр Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгч Ухнаагийн Хүрэлсүх энэхүү ардчилсан Үндсэн хуулиа сахин хамгаалах, бататган бэхжүүлэх үүднээс Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай УИХ-ын тогтоолд бүхэлд нь хориг тавьж байгааг та бүхэндээ танилцуулж байна. Ингээд та бүхэндээ Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн хоригийг бүрэн эхээр нь уншиж танилцуулъя. 2025 оны аравдугаар сарын 20-ны өдөр тогтоолд хориг тавих тухай,

Монгол Улсын Их Хурлаас Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай 95 дугаар тогтоолыг 2025 оны аравдугаар сарын 17-ны өдөр баталж, тухайн өдрийн 14.00 цагт ёсчлон Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн Тамгын газарт албан бичгээр ирүүлсэнтэй танилцлаа. Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгч Үндсэн хуулийн 33.1 дэх хэсгийН 1 болон Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн тухай 12 дугаар зүйлийн 8 дахь хэсгийг тус тус үндэслэн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын 2025 оны 95 дугаар тогтоолд дараах үндэслэлээр бүхэлд нь хориг тавьж байна. Нэг, УИХ-ын шийдвэр үйл ажиллагаа Үндсэн хуульд бүрэн нийцсэн байвал зохино. Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хуулийн 43.1 дэх хэсэгт УИХ-ын гишүүдийн 1/4 доошгүй нь Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах саналыг албан ёсоор тавьбал УИХ гурав хоногийн дараа хэлэлцэж, эхлэн 10 хоногийн дотор шийдвэрлэнэ. УИХ-ын гишүүний нийт гишүүдийн олонх уг саналыг дэмжсэн бол Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай УИХ-ын тогтоол баталсанд тооцно. Мөн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын чуулганы хуралдааны Дэгийн тухай хуулийн 101.1.4 дэх хэсэгт УИХ-ын нийт гишүүний олонх Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах саналыг дэмжсэн бол Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай тогтоол баталсанд тооцно гэж тус тус заасан." гэв.
