Гэр хорооллын дахин төлөвлөлтийн хүрээнд БЗД-ийн 38 дугаар хороонд баригдаж буй “Баганат өргөө” хороолол нь 52 блок, 4472 айлын цогцолбор төсөл бөгөөд 2013 оноос хэрэгжиж эхэлсэн. Төсөл нийт 51.3 га талбайд хэрэгжих бөгөөд 30.3 га талбай нь барилгажих бол 16 га талбайд ногоон байгууламж, спорт талбайг 5 га талбайд төлөвлөжээ.
Өнөөдрийн байдлаар тус цогцолбор хорооллын 2000 айлын орон сууц, 240 хүүхдийн ортой цэцэрлэг ашиглалтад орсон. Тэгвэл өнөөдөр тус цогцолбор хороололд улсын төсвийн хөрөнгө оруулалтаар 1500 хүүхдийн суудалтай сургуулийн бүтээн байгуулалтын ажлыг эхлүүллээ.

Түүний санаачилгаар улсын төсөвт уг сургуулийн зардал тавигдаж, өнөөдөр ийнхүү бүтээн байгуулалтын ажил эхэлж байна. “Баганат өргөө” хороолол хотхон дотроо хоёр цэцэрлэг, нэг сургуультай нь бусад ижил төрлийн төслүүдээс илүү онцлог болж байна.
