“Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой” ХК-ийн Хувьцаа эзэмшигчдийн ээлжит хурал 2023 оны 04 дүгээр сарын 28-ны өдрийн 09.00 цагт Улаанбаатар хот, Сүхбаатар дүүрэг, 8 дугаар хороо, Амарын гудамж-2, Соёлын төв өргөөний байранд хуралдана. 

 

 

Ээлжит хурлаар дараах асуудлуудыг хэлэлцэн, шийдвэрлэнэ.

 

Үүнд:


1. Компанийн 2022 оны үйл ажиллагааны тайлангийн талаарх Төлөөлөн удирдах зөвлөл (цаашид “ТУЗ” гэх)-ийн дүгнэлтийг хэлэлцэж батлах тухай;
2. Компанийн 2022 оны аудитлагдсан санхүүгийн тайлангийн талаарх Төлөөлөн удирдах зөвлөлийн гаргасан дүгнэлтийг хэлэлцэж батлах тухай;
3. Ногдол ашгийн талаар гаргасан Төлөөлөн удирдах зөвлөлийн шийдвэрийн танилцуулга;
4. Компанийн дүрэмд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай;
5. ТУЗ-ийн ердийн болон хараат бус гишүүдийг сонгох тухай;
6. Компанийн дунд хугацааны төлөвлөгөөний танилцуулга.

 

Ээлжит хуралд оролцох эрхтэй хувьцаа эзэмшигчдийн нэрсийн жагсаалт гаргах  бүртгэлийн өдөр нь 2023 оны 04 дүгээр сарын 10-ны өдөр байна.

 

Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 2012 оны 181 дүгээр тогтоолд “Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой” ХК-ийн хувьцааг үнэ төлбөргүйгээр эзэмшсэн иргэд, нэрлэсэн үнээр худалдаж авсан аж ахуйн нэгжүүдийн хувьцаа нь хоёрдахь зах зээлийн арилжаа эхлэх хүртэл саналын эрхгүй, тэдгээрийг аливаа хэлбэрээр захиран зарцуулахгүй байхаар заасан тул хувьцаа эзэмшигчдийн 2023 оны ээлжит хурлаар хэлэлцэх асуудлаар зөвхөн саналын эрхтэй хувьцаа эзэмшигчийн саналыг авахыг мэдэгдье. 

 

Хувьцаа эзэмшигчдийн ээлжит хурлын холбогдох баримт бичигтэй 2023 оны 4 дүгээр сарын 17-ны өдрөөс танилцаж, холбогдох мэдээллийг хурал зохион байгуулах комиссоос доорх хаягаар ажлын цагаар холбогдож авч болно.
