Олон улсын 12 төрлийн цахим хэтэвчээр Монголд гүйлгээ хийх боломж бүрдлээ

БНХАУ-ын “Ant International” группийн харьяа олон улсын цахим төлбөр, дижитал технологийн шийдэл нэвтрүүлэгч Alipay+ Монголын тэргүүлэгч банк санхүүгийн байгууллага ХААН Банктай хамтран ажиллах гэрээг 2024 оны 6-р сарын 5-ны өдөр байгууллаа. Энэхүү хамтын ажиллагааны хүрээнд дэлхийн 8 орон, бүс нутагт түгээмэл хэрэглэгддэг 12 төрлийн цахим хэтэвч, супер аппликэйшнээр Монгол Улсад ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр төлбөр тооцоогоо хийх таатай боломж бүрдэж байна.
Ингэснээр Ази, Европын нэр бүхий орнуудаас Монгол Улсад аялж, ажиллаж буй иргэд орон даяар байрлах худалдаа үйлчилгээний төвүүд, зочид буудал, ресторануудаар үйлчлүүлэхдээ Alipay+ лого тэмдэглэгээтэй ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр өөрсдийн өдөр тутам ашигладаг цахим хэтэвч, төлбөрийн аппликэйшнээ уншуулан төлбөр тооцоогоо саадгүй, хялбар хийх юм. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, хэрэглэгч ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр гарч ирэх QR кодыг өөрийн цахим хэтэвч, аппликэйшнээрээ уншуулан худалдан авалтаа хийх бөгөөд энэ нь Alipay+ платформын нэгдсэн технологиор дамжих юм.
Уг үйлчилгээ нэвтэрснээр Монголын худалдаа үйлчилгээний байгууллага, бизнесүүд Alipay+ платформ нэвтэрсэн бүх зах зээлд ашигладаг маркетингийн шийдэл, хөтөлбөрт оролцох боломж нээгдэж, гадаадын иргэдэд зориулан төрөл бүрийн урамшуулал, хөнгөлөлт, хямдралын купон зэрэг маркетинг борлуулалтын арга хэрэгслүүдийг ашиглах нөхцөл бүрдэж буй.
Төслийн эхний шатанд Alipay+ платформоор дамжуулан БНХАУ-ын эх газарт хэрэглэдэг Alipay, Хонконгод хэрэглэдэг AlipayHK, Италийн Tinaba, Малайз улсын MyPB болон Touch ‘n Go Digital, Филиппин улсын Gcash, Сингапур улсын Changi Pay болон OCBC Digital, БНСУ-ын Kakao Pay, Naver Pay болон Toss Pay, Тайландын True Money цахим хэтэвч, супер аппликэйшнүүдээр төлбөр тооцоо хийхэд бэлэн болоод байна.
Төлбөр тооцооны шинэ үйлчилгээ нэвтрүүлснийг тохиолдуулан 2024 оны 6-10-р сарыг дуустал урамшууллыг үе шаттай зарлаж байна. Тухайлбал, дурдсан хугацаанд AlipayHK, MyPB by Public Bank Berhad, GCash, OCBC Digital, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay болон TrueMoney цахим хэтэвч, супер аппликэйшнээр ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр худалдан авалт хийхэд үнийн дүнгээс 10 хувийн хөнгөлөлт шууд хасагдах юм.
Төслийн дараагийн шатанд Alipay+ платформоор дамждаг бусад цахим хэтэвч, супер аппликэйшнүүдийн төлбөрийг хүлээж авах ажлыг гүйцэтгэхээр төлөвлөж байна.
Хамтран ажиллах гэрээнд гарын үсэг зурах үеэр ХААН Банкны Гүйцэтгэх захирлын тэргүүн орлогч Б.Эрдэнэдэлгэр “ХААН Банк нь “Ant International” групптэй хамтран ажиллах гэрээ байгуулан Alipay цахим хэтэвчээр ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр олон улсын гүйлгээ хүлээн авах, төлбөр тооцоо хийх боломжийг 2021 оноос бүрдүүлсэн. Энэ удаад бид тус групптэй хамтын ажиллагаагаа илүү өргөжүүлж, Монголын зах зээлд мөн анх удаа Alipay+ платформоор дамжуулан дэлхийн 8 орон, бүс нутагт түгээмэл хэрэглэдэг цахим хэтэвч болон супер аппликэйшнээр ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр төлбөр тооцоогоо хийх боломжийг бүрдүүлэн ийнхүү хамтын ажиллагааны гэрээнд гарын үсэг зурж байгаадаа баяртай байна. Бидний хамтын ажиллагаа нь зөвхөн манай банк төдийгүй Монгол Улсыг зорин ирж буй аялагч, жуулчид төлбөр тооцоогоо өөрийн дадсан аппликэйшнээр хийх, аялал жуулчлалын салбарыг хөгжүүлэхэд түлхэц болох юм” гэж онцоллоо.
Тэгвэл энэхүү түншлэлийн ач холбогдлыг онцлон “Ant International” группийн Alipay+ Солонгос, Европ, Дундад Ази, Монголын зах зээл хариуцсан ерөнхий менежер Данни Чанг “Монгол Улс бол гадаадын жуулчдын аялах дуртай орнуудын нэг билээ. ХААН Банк болон Alipay+ хамтран ажиллаж, манай платформ системээр дамжуулан олон улсын төлбөр хүлээн авах үйлчилгээг Монгол Улсад анхлан нэвтрүүлж байна. Энэ нь олон орны хэрэглэгчдэд гадаад улсад төлбөр тооцоогоо тухтай, аюулгүй хийх нөхцөлийг бүрдүүлэх гэсэн манай компанийн амлалтын нэг хэсэг юм. Alipay+ платформоор дамжуулан ХААН Банк нь нэг талаас Монгол оронд саатаж буй гадаад иргэдэд тав тухтай аялах, төлбөр тооцоогоо хялбар хийх боломжийг бүрдүүлэн, нөгөө талаас Монголын бизнес эрхлэгчдийн ашиг орлогыг нэмэгдүүлэхэд хувь нэмэр оруулна” гэж тэмдэглэв.
Ковидын дараах буюу сүүлийн гурван жилд Монгол Улсад ирэх жуулчдын тоо тогтмол өсөж байна. Мөн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас 2023-2025 оныг “Монголд зочлох жил” болгон зарлаж, 1 сая жуулчин хүлээж авах томоохон зорилт тавиад байгаа билээ.
Хилийн чанадаас Монголд ирсэн зочид, жуулчид өөрийн өдөр тутамдаа ашигладаг цахим хэтэвчийг Alipay+ -ын нэвтрүүлсэн ХААН Банкны ПОС төхөөрөмж дээр уншуулж, түргэн шуурхай төлбөр тооцоогоо гүйцэтгэх боломжийг ийнхүү анх удаа нээж байна. Alipay+ цахим үйлчилгээг ашиглан Монголын жижиг дунд бизнес эрхлэгчид бизнесийн үр ашгаа нэмэгдүүлэх, гадаадын жуулчид, зочдыг татах зэрэг эдийн засгийн өсөлтөд өндөр хувь нэмэр оруулах юм.
ХААН Банкны тухай
ХААН Банк нь Монгол Улсын нийт хүн амын 82 хувь буюу 2,9 сая харилцагчдад банк санхүүгийн цогц үйлчилгээг цахим сувгууд болон 547 салбар нэгжээр дамжуулан хүргэдэг хамгийн том арилжааны банк бөгөөд Монгол Улсын “ТОП 100 ААН”-ийн 2-рт эрэмбэлэгддэг. ХААН Банк нь улс орны эдийн засгийн хөдөлгөгч хүч болсон бичил болон ЖДБ-үүдэд санхүүгийн буюу зээлийн бүтээгдэхүүн санал болгохоос гадна өөрийн ЖДБ-ийг дэмжих төвөөрөө дамжуулан зөвлөх үйлчилгээ, сургалт зэрэг санхүүгийн бус үйлчилгээ үзүүлдэг. Alipay+ платформын тухай
Alipay+ үйлчилгээ нь худалдаа, үйлчилгээний байгууллагуудыг гадаадын хэрэглэгчидтэй холбох олон улсын дижитал төлбөр тооцооны технологи юм.
“Ant International” группээс 2020 онд нэвтрүүлсэн Alipay+ платформ нь сүүлийн байдлаар дэлхийн 50 гаруй орон, бүс нутгийн 25 цахим хэтэвч, банкны аппликэйшний хэрэглэгчид олон улсад аялахдаа дэлхийн өнцөг булан бүрд байрлах, картаар үйлчлэгч 88 сая байгууллагуудад өөрийн хэрэглэж дадсан хэлбэрээр худалдан авалт хийх, дижитал маркетингийн хөтөлбөрт хамрагдах бүтцийг бий болгоод байна.
