Тодруулбал, Хан-Уул дүүргийн 3 дугаар хороо, Гурвалжингийн гүүрний зүүн талд Дунд голын голдирол хааж "Эн Өү Ти Эс" ХХК-ийн барьсан хашаа, барилгыг буулгаж, зөрчил арилгуулж байна. Мөн Баянгол дүүргийн 20 дугаар хороо, Дунд голын голдирлыг хааж хашаагаа хэтрүүлэн барилга, байгууламж барьж, чингэлэг байршуулсан “Авто терминал трейд” ХХК-тай зөвшилцөн, зөрчлийг арилгаж дуусгасан юм. Түүнчлэн Дунд голын бургасан дотор байшин барьсан иргэний зөрчлийг арилгуулахын зэрэгцээ стандартын бус гүүрнүүдийг буулгаж, хог хаягдлыг тээвэрлэж байгаа юм. Үүний дараа үерийн далан барих, барилга, байгууламжийг хүчитгэх ажлуудыг шат дараатайгаар хийнэ.
Энэ талаар “Геодези, усны барилга байгууламжийн газар” ОНӨААТҮГ-ын ерөнхий инженер С.Батсайхан “Зөвшөөрөгдсөн хэмжээнээс хэтрүүлэн хашаа, барилга, байгууламж барьж үйл ажиллагаа явуулж байгаа иргэн, аж ахуйн нэгжийн газрыг чөлөөлөх ажлыг эрчимжүүлж буй. Энэ хүрээнд Дунд голын үндсэн гольдролыг хааж шороо асган барилга, байгууламж барьсан зургаан байршил байна. Өнөөдрийн байдлаар хамгийн сүүлийн байршил болох "Эн Өү Ти Эс" ХХК-ийн барьсан хашаа, барилгыг буулгаж, зөрчлийг арилгуулж байгаа юм. Зөрчлийг арилгуулсны дараа үерийн хамгаалалтын барилга, байгууламжийг хүчитгэхээр ажиллаж байна. Тодруулбал, Дунд голын голдирол өөрчлөн барьсан “Шунхлай” шатахуун түгээх станцын чөлөөлсөн хэсэгт 200 метр гаруй үерийн далан сувгийг хүчитгэх, налуу даланг хавтанжуулах болон босоо түшиц ханыг 40 метр газар цутгаж буй. Түүнчлэн Жаргалантын үерийн хамгаалалтын сувагт 1800 метр далан барьж байгуулахаар төлөвлөсөн. Мөн үерийн хамгаалалтын барилга, байгууламжийн засвар арчлалтын ажлын хүрээнд 500 метр орчим далангийн эргийн бэхэлгээ хийх ажлуудыг төлөвлөгөөний дагуу хийж байна” хэмээлээ.
Ташрамд, Улаанбаатар хотын хэмжээнд үерийн эрсдэлтэй бүсэд суурьшиж буй 3,300 иргэн, аж ахуйн нэгж байгаагаас 256 нь аж ахуйн нэгж байна.
