1. Дархан-Уул аймгаас их хэмжээний хар тамхийг хууль бусаар олж авч, Улаанбаатарт хотод худалдан борлуулдаг Монгол Улсын таван иргэнийг өчигдөр дайчлан баривчилж, мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж байна. Энэ хэрэгт эмнэлгийн байгууллагын ажилтан оролцсон байж болзошгүй.
2. Монгол Улсын есөн иргэн бүлэг зохион байгуулалтад орж, БНХАУ-аас синтетик төрлийн их хэмжээний мансууруулах бодисыг Өмнөговь аймгийн Ханбогд сумын Гашуунсухайт боомтоор нүүрс тээврийн машинаар тээвэрлэн нэвтрүүлж, өөрсдөө хэрэглэж, бусдад худалдан борлуулж байсан гэмт хэргийг 05 дугаар сарын 30-ны өдөр илрүүлж, мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж байна.
Өмнөговь аймагт нүүрс тээврийн жолооч нар нойр сэргээдэг сэргээшийн төрлийн бодисуудыг хэрэглэж байна.
3.Хүүхэд залуусыг мансууруулах бодис хэрэглэхийг далд хэлбэрээр сурталчилдаг олны танил таван реппер бүлэг зохион байгуулалтад орж, мансууруулах бодис хэрэглэж байсныг 06 дугаар сарын 05-ны өдөр БЗД-ийн наймдугаар хороо, БГД-ийн 17, 19 дүгээр хорооноос баривчилж, мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа үргэлжилж байна гэдгийг ЦЕГ-ын хэвлэл мэдээллийн төвийн дарга Г.Пүрэвдэлгэр мэдээллээ.
Цагдаагийн байгууллага 06 дугаар сарын 04-06-ны хооронд 19 хүнийг хар тамхины хэрэгт холбогдуулан шалгаж байна. Гурван хүнд цагдан хорих, таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ авч, бусад хүнийг гадуур шалгаж байгааг Хар тамхитай тэмцэх газрын хэлтсийн дарга Б.Батхуяг мэдээлэв.
ДЭМБ-ын аргачлалаар 15-64 насны 100 000 хүн тутмын 2.7 хувь нь хар тамхи хэрэглэдэг гэсэн судалгаа байдаг. Манай улсад 15-64 насны 2.3 сая иргэн бий. Энэ аргачлалаар тооцоход 60 000 орчим хүн хар тамхи хэрэглэдэг байж болзошгүй.
Цагдаагийн байгууллагад 5000 орчим хүн бүртгэгдсэн байна. Олон улсад нэг хэрэглэгчийн ард 4-6 хэрэглэгч байдаг гэж тооцдог. Ингэж тооцвол манай улсад 20-30 мянган хүн хар тамхи хэрэглэдэг байж болзошгүй гэсэн тооцоолол байдаг аж.
Сүүлийн таван жилд 1500 орчим хүн хар тамхины хэрэгт холбогдсон байна. Тэдний 92 хувь нь 35 хүртэлх насны хүүхэд, залуус бөгөөд 60 орчим хувь нь ажилгүй, орлогогүй, 58 хувь нь бүрэн дунд боловсролтой хүмүүс байна.

ЦЕГ-ын Хар тамхитай тэмцэх газрын дарга Б.Батхуяг ; “Өмнөговь аймгийн хилийн боомтоор БНХАУ-аас хэд хэдэн төрлийн мансууруулах бодисыг Монгол улсын хилээр хууль бусаар нэвтрүүлдэг, худалдан борлуулдаг бүлэг зохион байгуулалтанд орсон есөн хүнийг уг хэрэгт холбогдуулан шалгаж байна. Мөн Дархан-Уул аймагт эмнэлэгийн байгууллагын ажилтан оролцсон байж болзошгүй хар тамхины хэрэгт холбогдуулан таван хүнийг баривчлан, мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагааг явуулж байна. Үүнээс гадна олны танил таван хүн хар тамхи хэрэглэсэн байж болзошгүй учраас шалгалтын ажиллагааг явуулж эхэлсэн. Эдгээр хэрэгт холбогдсон 10 хүнээс гурван хүнийг цагдан хорих, таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээг авсан. Бусад нь гадуур шалгагдаж байна. Хүний нэр хэлэх боломжгүй" гэв.
