20 настай залуу Хан-Уул, Сүхбаатар дүүрэгт хоёр эмэгтэйн амь насыг хөнөөжээ

Цагдаагийн байгууллагад 2024.06.21-ний өдрийн 07.10 цагт Хан-Уул дүүргийн II хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт хүний амь нас хохироосон гэх мэдээлэл ирсэн. Уг мэдээллийг дагуу Эрүүгийн цагдаагийн алба, Мөрдөн байцаах алба, Шүүхийн шинжилгээний ерөнхий газар, Хан-Уул, Сүхбаатар дүүргийн цагдаагийн газар, мөн дүүргийн прокурорын газар хамтран хэргийн газарт шалгалтын ажиллагаа явуулсан. 

 

 

Мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаагаар Чингэлтэй дүүргийн 19 дүгээр хороонд оршин суух 20 настай эрэгтэй Д нь Сүхбаатар дүүргийн I хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт 2024.06.08-наас 09-нд  шилжих шөнө 32 настай эмэгтэй З-ийн амь насыг, Хан-Уул дүүргийн II хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт 2024.06.20-ноос 21-нд шилжих шөнө 16 настай эмэгтэй Ш-ийн амь насыг хохироосон болох нь тогтоогдож, шалгалтын ажиллагаа үргэлжилж байна.
