Энэ оны дөрөвдүгээр  сарын 1-ээс хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээ цагт 4715 төгрөг буюу сард 792 мянган төгрөг болно.

Хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээг шинэчлэн тогтоосноор 660 мянган төгрөгөөс 89.100 төгрөгийн НДШ төлдөг байсан иргэн, 792 мянган төгрөгөөс 106.320 төгрөгийн НДШ төлнө. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээ 20 хувиар нэмэгдэж үүнийг дагаад нийгмийн даатгалын шимтгэл нэмэгдэж байгаа юм. Мөн уул уурхай, барилга, зам тээвэр гэхчлэн тодорхой салбарууд салбарынхаа зохицуулалтаар хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээгээ тогтоох эрхийг нээлттэй байлгахаар тогтсон. Хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээг тогтоохдоо дараах хүчин зүйлсийг авч үздэг. Үүнд:

ИРЭХ ТАВДУГААР САРД ДУЛААНЫ ҮНИЙГ 85 ХУВИАР НЭМНЭ

Засгийн газраас эрчим хүчний үнийг хэрэглээнээс нь хамааран 30-85 хувиар нэмэгдүүлсэн бол ирэх тавдугаар сард дулааны үнэ 85 хувиар нэмэгдэнэ. 

Дулааны тариф өнөөдөр 33.862 төгрөг байгаа бол бодит өртөг нь 62.960 төгрөг, 29.098 төгрөгийн алдагдал хүлээж буй.

Айлуудын цахилгаан, дулааны тарифт 2019 оноос хойш таван жилийн хугацаанд өөрчлөлт ороогүй тогтвортой мөрдөж ирсэн. Үнэ, тарифт шинэчлэл хийж, зах зээлийн зарчимд нийцүүлж эхэлснээр эрчим хүчний салбарын санхүү, эдийн засгийн бие даасан байдал хангагдах боломж бүрдлээ гэж Эрчим хүчний зохицуулах хороо мэдээлж байв.

Нийслэлийн орон сууцны хорооллууд ТЭЦ-3, ТЭЦ-4, ТЭЦ-2, Амгалан дулааны станцаас дулаанаа авдаг. Нэг айлын дулааны зардал 1 м.квт нь сардаа 506 төгрөг.  90 мянган төгрөгөөр үйлдвэрлэсэн дулаанаа 35 мянган төгрөгөөр борлуулдаг. Энэ алдагдлыг ирэх есдүгээр сараас засна гэж харж буй.
