Мөн УИХ-ын 2007 оны 27 дугаар тогтоолын 2 дугаар хавсралтад заасны дагуу Төгрөг нуурын ордыг стратегийн ач холбогдол бүхий ашигт малтмалын ордод хамааруулах, ордын талбайн хил заагийг Засгийн газраас тогтоох асуудлыг яаралтай боловсруулж, 2025 оны 09 дүгээр сард багтаан Засгийн газрын хуралдаанд оруулахыг Аж үйлдвэр, эрдэс баялгийн сайд Г.Дамдиннямд мөн үүрэг болголоо. 

Төгрөг нуурын бүлэг орд нь 20-30 км талбайн хэмжээтэй, гурван тэрбум тонн хүрэх хүрэн нүүрсний нөөцтэй гэсэн урьдчилсан тооцоо судалгаатай, ашигт малтмалын томоохон ордуудын нэг юм. Энэхүү бүлэг ордод 1951-1986 онд улсын хөрөнгөөр долоон удаа урьдчилсан хайгуул хийсэн байдаг.
