УИХ-ын чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар Засгийн газрын бүрэлдэхүүнд өөрчлөлт оруулах асуудлыг хэлэлцэнэ

Энэ долоо хоногийн Баасан гарагт Улсын Их Хурлын чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар Засгийн газрын гишүүнийг томилох, огцруулах асуудлыг хэлэлцэхээр товлоод байна. Ерөнхий сайд Г.Занданшатар Үндсэн хуулиар олгогдсон бүрэн эрхийн хүрээндээ УИХ-ын гишүүн Б.Энхбаярыг Хууль зүй, дотоод хэргийн сайдаар томилох санал гаргасан бөгөөд тэрбээр нүүрсний хулгайн асуудалтай тууштай тэмцэнэ гэдгээ илэрхийлсэн юм.

Харин өнгөрсөн долоо хоногийн Баасан гарагт чуулганы хуралдаанаар "Тамхины хяналтын тухай" хуулийн төслийг хэлэлцэхээр төлөвлөгдсөн байсан ч хуралдаан хойшлогдсон. Энэ талаар УИХ-ын Ерөнхий нарийн бичгийн дарга Б.Баасандорж мэдээлэхдээ, Байнгын хорооноос уг төслийн хэлэлцүүлгийг ирэх долоо хоногт шилжүүлэх саналыг гаргасан учраас тухайн өдөр чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаан зохион байгуулагдаагүй гэж тайлбарлав.

"Зарим иргэд чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаан явагдаагүйг шүүмжлэх хандлагатай байдаг. Гэвч УИХ-ын үйл ажиллагаа гэдэг нь зөвхөн нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар хязгаарлагддаггүй. Байнгын хороо, дэд хороо, түр хороо, нам, эвслийн бүлгийн хуралдаанууд мөн чуулганы бүрэлдэхүүнд тооцогддог. Энэ долоо хоногт гэхэд ажлын хэсгийн дөрвөн удаагийн, байнгын хорооны есөн удаагийн, түр хорооны нэг хуралдаан болон Төсвийн төслийн хэлэлцүүлэг нэг удаа явагдсан" гэдгийг тодотгож байв. Байнгын хорооноос санал, дүгнэлт гарсны дараа л тухайн асуудлыг чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанд оруулдаг. Хянан шалгах түр хорооноос ч мөн үргэлжлүүлэн хэлэлцэх асуудал байгааг дурдсан тул өнөөдөр нэгдсэн хуралдаан хийхгүй болсон. Гэвч ажлын хэсгүүдийн үйл ажиллагаа үргэлжилж байна" хэмээн мэдээлэв.
