Унгарын усан сэлэлтийн тамирчин, олимпын аварга Хуберт Кош 200 метрийн зайн араар даллах сэлэлтийн төрөлд дэлхийн дээд амжилтыг тогтоолоо.

Тэрбээр Канадын Торонто хотод болж буй Усанд сэлэлтийн дэлхийн цомын сүүлийн цуврал тэмцээнд 1 минут 45.12 секундийн амжилтаар түрүүлжээ. Ингэснээр тэрбээр Австралийн тамирчин Мич Ларкины 2015 оны 11 дүгээр сард улсынхаа аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээнд тогтоосон амжилтыг эвдсэн байна. М.Ларкин 200 метрийн зайг 1 минут 45.63 секундэд туулж байв.

Уг тэмцээний үеэр мөн 100 метрийн зайн эрвээхэй сэлэлтийн төрөлд дэлхийн рекордыг шинэчиллээ. Шинэ дээд амжилтыг Канадын усанд сэлэгч Жошуа Лиендо тогтоожээ. Тэрбээр 100 метрийн зайг 47.68 секундэд туулсан байна. Өмнөх рекордыг Швейцарын тамирчин Ноэ Понти эзэмшиж байсан бөгөөд 2024 оны 12 дугаар сард Будапештэд болсон ДАШТ-д 47.71 секундийн амжилт үзүүлж байв.
