Үүний дараа прокуророос ирүүлсэн хүсэлтийн дагуу цагдан хорих хугацааг нэг хугацаагаар сунгасан бөгөөд энэ сарын 10-нд дуусахаар байсан юм. Тэгвэл албан ёсны эх сурвалжаас тодруулахад, энэ сарын 3-ны өдөр прокуророос цагдан хорих хугацааг сунгах хүсэлт ирүүлснийг энэ сарын 4-нд Дүүргийн Эрүүгийн хэргийн хялбар ажиллагааны анхан шатны тойргийн шүүх авч хэлэлцээд, цагдан хорих хугацааг дахин нэг сараар буюу арванхоёрдугаар сарын 3-ныг хүртэл сунгасан талаар мэдээллээ.
