Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар, Хүүхдийн төлөө үндэсний зөвлөл, Гэр бүл, хөдөлмөр, нийгмийн хамгааллын яам болон Хүүхэд, гэр бүлийн хөгжил, хамгааллын ерөнхий газраас “Оны онцлох хүүхэд” арга хэмжээг 33 дахь жилдээ амжилттай зохион байгууллаа. “Оны онцлох хүүхэд” арга хэмжээ нь хүүхдийн хөгжих эрхийг дээдлэн хүндэтгэж, тэдний ололт амжилтыг алдаршуулах, нийгэмд зөв үлгэр дуурайлал түгээх зорилготой.

Голомт банкны хамт олон нийгмийн хариуцлагын хүрээнд төрөл бүрийн санаачилгыг хэрэгжүүлж, олон төсөл хөтөлбөрийг санхүүжүүлэн ажилладгаас эх орны ирээдүй болсон хүүхэд, багачуудын сайн сайхан амьдрах орчин нөхцөлийг бүрдүүлэх, тэдний ирээдүйд хөрөнгө оруулах санал санаачилгыг онцгойлон дэмжиж ирсэн.
