Оросын тал мөргөлдөөнийг зохицуулах, дэлхий дахины аюулгүй байдлыг сэргээхэд чиглэсэн АНУ-ын хүчин чармайлтыг өндрөөр үнэлж байгааг, мөн Украинд энх тайван тогтоохын төлөө байгааг С.Уиткофф онцолсон байна.
