Малайзын шүүх Засгийн газраа буруугүй гэв

Малайзын Ерөнхий сайд асан Разах Багиндагийн нэр холбогдсон, Монгол Улсын иргэн Ш.Алтантуяаг хөнөөсөн хэрэгтэй холбоотой олон жилийн маргаан, шүүхийн шийдвэрүүд эцэслэгдэж байна. Ш.Алтантуяагийн аав С.Шаарийбуу Малайзын шүүхийн 21 дэх хуралд оролцсон ч энэ удаад Малайзын шүүх Засгийн газраа буруутай гэж үзэхгүй гэсэн шийдвэр гаргалаа. Өмнө нь шүүхийн шийдвэрээр хохирогчид олгохоор тогтоосон 4.7 сая ринггитийн нөхөн төлбөрийг энэ удаад 1.4 сая ринггит болгон бууруулжээ.

Монголын тал анхнаасаа хэргийг “улс төрийн томоохон албан тушаалтантай холбогдсон” гэх үндэслэлээр олон улсын шүүхэд гаргах, хохирлыг нөхөн төлүүлэх, буруутай этгээдүүдэд хариуцлага тооцуулах шаардлагыг тавьж ирсэн. Гэвч Малайзын шүүхийн шийдвэрүүд нь Монголын талын шаардлагыг бүрэн биелүүлдэггүй, зарим тохиолдолд буруутай этгээдүүдийн хариуцлагыг хязгаарласан гэх шүүмжлэл дагуулсаар ирсэн.

Хохирогчийн талын хувьд хамгийн ихээр хүлээж байсан зүйл нь Малайзын Засгийн газрыг буруутай гэж үзэж, хохирлыг нөхөн төлүүлэх шийдвэр гаргуулах байсан. Учир нь энэ хэрэг нь зөвхөн хувь хүний хэргийн хүрээнээс хэтэрч, олон улсын хэмжээнд нэр хүнд, эрх зүйн асуудалтай холбогдсон.
