Гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн болох нь шүүхийн эцсийн шийдвэрээр тогтоогдсон бол УИХ-ын Ёс зүйн дэд хороо, УИХ-ын нэгдсэн чуулганаар заавал нээлттэй хэлэлцэж, Үндсэн хуулийн Цэцийн шийдвэрээр эгүүлэн татахаар тусгалаа.

Мөн УИХ-ын гишүүн УИХ-ын ээлжит чуулганы хуралдааны 70-аас доошгүй хувьд хүрэлцэн ирсэн, ээлжит чуулганы санал хураалтын 70-аас доошгүй хувьд биечлэн оролцсон байх шаардлагатайг тусгажээ.

Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын тухай хуулийн 7 дугаар зүйлийн 7.2 дахь хэсгийн “ашиг сонирхлын зөрчлөөс ангид байж,” гэсний дараа “ёс зүйн хэм хэмжээг чандлан сахиж,” хэмээн нэмж тусгалаа.
