Сургалтын талаар бүлэг ахлаж явсан ХХЕГ-ын Зэвсэг инженерийн хангалтын хэлтсийн дарга, хурандаа Д.Гэрэлээс зарим зүйлийг тодрууллаа. - Суралцаад ирсэн сургалтынхаа талаар сонирхуулахгүй юу? - Хил хамгаалах байгууллагаас анх удаа ОХУ-ын Хилийн албаны академийн дээд курст Инженерийн удирдлагын чиглэлээр мэргэжилтнүүдийг суралцуулсан. Урьд нь Хилийн цэргийн хэмжээнд цэргийн инженерийн чиглэлээр сургалт явагдаж байгаагүй. Сургалт хэдий богино хугацаанд явагдсан боловч хичээлийг нэлээд шахуу хөтөлбөрийн дагуу заасан болохоор их ач холбогдолтой сургалт болж өнгөрсөн. ОХУ-ын багш нарын хувьд манайд хэрэглэгдэж буй зарим инженерийн байгууламж болон шинэ техник хэрэгслүүдийн ашиглалтын талаар хичээл дээр зааж байсан нь их авууштай санагдсан. Сургалтын явцад дадлагын хичээлээр ОХУ-ын шинэ техник технологийг ашиглаж байгаа томоохон үйлдвэр, компанийн үйл ажиллагаатай танилцаж, манай улсад ашиглагдаж болохуйц техник хэрэгсэл болон хичээлийн сургалтын материалуудыг ирэхдээ авч ирсэн. Цаашид үүнийгээ хилийн отряд, ангид гарын авлага болгож хүргэх бодолтой байгаа. - Хилийн отрядод ажиллаж байгаа зэвсэг, инженерийн тусгай мэргэжилтнүүд хэрхэн бэлтгэгдэж байгаа вэ? - Хилийн отрядуудад ажиллаж байгаа тусгай мэргэжлийн офицерууд маань өнөөдрийн байдлаар тусгайлсан мэргэжлээр хүн дутмаг байгаа. Хэдийгээр ХЦДС-д Ар талын анги гэж байгаа хэдий ч инженер, зэвсэг гэж бэлтгэгдсэн боловсон хүчин тусгайлан бэлтгэгдээгүй. Иймээс цаашид бид тусгай мэргэжлийн чиглэлээр мэргэжилтнүүдээ бэлтгэх тал дээр анхаарч ажиллах шаардлагатай. Энэ оны хувьд БХИС-д цөөн тооны хүнийг мэргэжил дээшлүүлэх курст сургасан. Ирэх онд Зэвсэг, инженерийн албаны дарга нарыг давтан сургалтад хамруулахаар төлөвлөж байна. - Цаашид манайхаас ОХУ-ын Хилийн албаны академийн дээд курст Инженерийн удирдлагын чиглэлээр сургах боломж бий юу? - Энэ талаар судалж үзсэн. Бидний бодлоор аль болох хилийн ангийн тусгай мэргэжилтнүүдээ дээд курст суралцуулахыг бодож байгаа. Энэ тухайгаа удирдлагад уламжилсан.
