Яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн, шүүхэд шилжүүлсэн ТАВАН хэрэг

Прокурорын байгууллага 2024 оны 6 дугаар сарын 17-ноос 21-ний өдрүүдэд 262 хэрэгт яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн шүүхэд шилжүүлжээ.

 

 

Яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн шүүхэд шилжүүлсэн зарим хэргээс дурдвал:

 

Хэнтий аймгийн прокурорын газраас сумын Засаг дарга П.А нь эрх мэдэл, албан тушаалын байдлаа урвуулан ашиглаж, сумын ерөнхий боловсролын сургуулийн хоёр дугаар байрны үлдэх хөрөнгө болох модон материалыг “Б” ХХК-д шалгуур үзүүлэлт, өртөггүйгээр олгож, эдийн засгийн давуу байдал бий болгосон гэх хэрэгт Эрүүгийн хуулийн 22.1 дүгээр зүйлийн 1 /Эрх мэдэл, албан тушаалын байдлаа урвуулан ашиглах/-т зааснаар яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн тус аймаг дахь сум дундын эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд,

 

Говь-Алтай аймгийн прокурорын газраас иргэн Д.Н нь согтууруулах ундаа хэрэглэсэн үедээ тээврийн хэрэгсэл жолоодож, саатуулагдах үедээ аймгийн Цагдаагийн газрын эрүүгийн цагдаад 500.000 төгрөг өгөхөөр санал болгосон гэх хэрэгт Эрүүгийн хуулийн 22.5 дугаар зүйлийн 1 /Хахууль өгөх/-т зааснаар яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн тус аймаг дахь сум дундын эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд, 

 

Баян-Өлгий аймгийн прокурорын газраас иргэн С.Н, М.Н нар нь “Н” эмнэлэгт эм худалдах үйл ажиллагааг зохих зөвшөөрөлгүй явуулж, хууль бусаар эм, биобэлдмэл, эмнэлгийн хэрэгсэл худалдсан, түгээсэн гэх хэрэгт Эрүүгийн хуулийн 20.14 дүгээр зүйлийн 1 /Хууль бусаар эм, биобэлдмэл, эмнэлгийн хэрэгсэл үйлдвэрлэх, импортлох, худалдах, түгээх/-т зааснаар яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн тус аймаг дахь сум дундын эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд,

 

Дорнод аймгийн прокурорын газраас иргэн Б.Б нь гал, шатамхай зүйлтэй болгоомжгүй харьцсаны улмаас Баяндун сумын нутаг дэвсгэрт түймэр тавьсны 2265 га талбай шатаж, байгаль орчинд 356.4 сая төгрөгийн хохирол учирсан гэх хэрэгт Эрүүгийн хуулийн 24.7 дугаар зүйлийн 1 /Ой, хээрийн түймэр тавих/-т зааснаар яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн тус аймаг дахь сум дундын эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд;

 

Иргэн Д.Г нарын 5 хүн Дорнод аймгийн нутаг дэвсгэрт тусгай зөвшөөрөлгүйгээр хууль бусаар ашигт малтмалын эрэл хайгуул, олборлолт явуулсан гэх хэрэгт Эрүүгийн хуулийн 24.2 дугаар зүйлийн 1 /Хууль бусаар ашигт малтмал хайх, ашиглах, олборлох/-т зааснаар яллах дүгнэлт үйлдэн тус аймаг дахь сум дундын эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд тус тус шилжүүлжээ.
