Өнөөдөр Монгол Улсын шинэ Ерөнхий сайд Г.Занданшатар танхимынхаа бүрэлдэхүүнийг олон нийтэд танилцуулна. “Цомхон, ухаалаг төр” гэсэн тунхаглалын ард улс төрийн гүн гүнзгий тохиролцоо, дарамт шахалт, Үндсэн хуулийн заалтад тулсан хүлээлт өрнөж буйг өнгөрсөн хэдэн хоногийн улс төрийн мэдээлэл, дохио зангаа тодорхой харуулж байна.

Г.Занданшатар өнгөрсөн долоо хоногт хэмнэлтийн төсвийн тодотгол оруулахаа зарласан. Энэ нь зөвхөн эдийн засгийн гэхээс илүүтэй улс төрийн мессеж. Шинэ Ерөнхий сайд “өргүй, хариуцлагатай, ухаалаг төр” байгуулна хэмээж буй ч түүний энэ хичээл зүтгэл парламент дахь олонхын зөрчилтэй тулгарч буй.

Улс төрийн хүрээнд хамгийн их анхаарал татаж буй нь Г.Занданшатарын танхимд өмнөх Ерөнхий сайд Л.Оюун-Эрдэнийн танхимд ажиллаж байсан зарим сайд нарыг үргэлжлүүлэн авч үлдэх тухай яриа. Энэ нь парламентын олонхын дотор хуваагдал үүсгэж, МАН-ын 30 гишүүн Ерөнхий сайдад албан шаардлага хүргүүлсэн. Тэд “хуучин танхимын гишүүдийг дахин томилохгүй байхыг шаардаж, шаардлага нь Үндсэн хуулийн заалтыг ноцтой зөрчив.

Үндсэн хуулийн 39-р зүйлийн 3-т: “Ерөнхий сайд нь Засгийн газрын гишүүдийг томилуулах саналаа УИХ-д өргөн мэдүүлнэ” хэмээн заасан байдаг. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, танхимын бүрэлдэхүүнд хэнийг ажиллуулах нь Ерөнхий сайдын бүрэн эрх. Гишүүд нөлөөлөл үзүүлэх, шаардлага хүргүүлэх замаар энэ үйл ажиллагаанд хэт оролцох нь эрх мэдэл хуваарилах Үндсэн хуулийн зарчмыг алдагдуулах эрсдэлтэй.

Г.Занданшатарын хувьд Монголын улс төрийн тогтолцоонд нөлөө бүхий, парламентын дотоод ажиллагааг гүн гүнзгий мэддэг туршлагатай гэж үнэлэгдэж буй.
