Ипотекийн зээлийн даатгалын зохицуулалтад өөрчлөлт орно

Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хорооны 2025 оны 66 дугаар тогтоолын дагуу 2025 оны 8 дугаар сарын 1-ний өдрөөс эхлэн ипотекийн зээлдэгчийн амь насны даатгалыг зөвхөн урт хугацааны даатгалын компаниар хийлгэх зохицуулалт хэрэгжиж эхэлнэ.

Тус шинэ зохицуулалтаар ипотекийн зээл шинээр авч буй иргэд болон одоогийн даатгалын гэрээний хугацаа дуусаж, сунгах тохиолдолд урт хугацааны амь насны даатгалын бүтээгдэхүүнд хамрагдах шаардлагатай болох юм.

Одоогийн нөхцөлд зээлдэгч иргэд ердийн даатгалын үйлчилгээг сонгосон учраас энэ нь зөвхөн гэнэтийн ослоор хамгаалагдсан байдаг.
