Иймд газрыг чөлөөлөн, эмнэлгийн өргөтгөл хийх зайг нь үлдээн авто зогсоол, ногоон байгууламж болгон тохижуулна. Хэрвээ өмчлөх эрхтэй бол хэлэлцээр хийх юм. Мөн шаардлагатай гэж үзвэл энэ хавийн оршин суугчдад зориулан, давхар зогсоол хийхээр аж ахуйн нэгж санал тавьсан тохиолдолд бид энэ байршилд хамтарч ажиллах боломжтой.
