ОХУ-ын Ерөнхийлөгч Владимир Путин пүрэв гарагт хэвлэлийн хурал хийх үедээ АНУ-ын тавьж буй гал зогсоох хэлэлцээрийн саналын дэмжиж буйгаа илэрхийллээ. Тэрээр, -“Бид гал зогсоох саналыг хүлээн зөвшөөрч байна. Гэхдээ гал зогсоох хэлэлцээр нь урт хугацаанд үргэлжилж энх тайвныг тогтооход чиглэх ёстой. Мөн хямрал үүсэж буй үндсэн шалтгааныг судлах нь зүйтэй” хэмээн мэдэгдээд байна.

ОХУ-ын Ерөнхийлөгч Владимир Путин дайны “үндсэн шалтгаан” гэдэг үгийг онцолж байгаа нь анхны тохиолдол биш юм. Учир нь тэрээр Орос-Украины дайны үндсэн шалтгааны нэг хэсэг нь Украины өнөөгийн засгийн газар хэмээн хэд хэдэн удаа мэдэгдэж байв.  Тиймээс ОХУ-ын Ерөнхийлөгч Владимир Путин хэлэлцээ хийх үедээ В.Зеленскийг огцруулах санал тавих магадлалтай гэж шинжээчид онцолж байна.

Мягмар гарагт АНУ Украины Саудын Арабт хийсэн уулзалт ч үр дүнд хүрч В.Зеленксий 30 хоногийн хугацаанд гал зогсоох АНУ-ын саналын хүлээн авахаа мэдэгдээд байгаа. Тэгвэл  АНУ-ын тусгай элч Стив Виткофф Кремльд энхийн гэрээ байгуулах төлөвлөгөөг танилцуулахаар яг одоо  ОХУ-д ирээд байна.

АНУ нь Орос-Украины дайныг 30 хоногийн гал зогсоох хэлэлцээрээр шийдвэрлэх санал гаргаад байгаа. Украины тал энэ саналыг хүлээн авахаа мэдэгдсэн бол ОХУ хүлээж авах эсэх нь тодорхойгүй. ОХУ-ын зүгээс түр гал зогсоож Украины армид завсарлага өгөх бус, урт хугацаанд энхийн гэрээ байгуулах сонирхолтой.

Энэ тухай ОХУ-ын Ерөнхийлөгч Владимир Путины туслах Юрий Ушаков хэлэхдээ, “Бид түр гал зогсоохыг хүсэхгүй. Түр гал зогсоох нь гал армид завсарлага өгнө. Харин бидний зорилго бол урт хугацаанд үргэлжлэх  энх тайван юм. Үүний төлөө  хичээж байна” гэжээ.

Гэвч Юрий Ушаковын хэлсэн энэ үгний араас Кремлийн хэвлэлийн төлөөлөгч Димитрий Песков, “ОХУ нь АНУ-ын саналаас татгалзлаа гэж шууд хүлээн авч болохгүй” гэж залруулсан юм.
